Green Ravenna S.r.l. inform that for the establishment and execution about the contract relationships in progress with you it is in possession of personal and fiscal data, acquired by verbal communications or written directly by you, relating to natural persons referable to you, data classified as personal by law.

Data are processed in relation to contract requirements and to the consequent fulfillment of legal obligations deriving from them, and also to obtain an efficient management of business obligations, for our internal auditing and quality checks.
3. Processing methods
Data will be processed in written form on paper and elettronic support, accessible only by company staff appointed and prepared, by the utilization of informatic systems updated and protected.
4. Mandatory nature and consequences for refusal
The provision of data is obligatory in connection to contractual or legal obligations. The possible refusal to provide them involve the inability for the undersigned to begin or continue present and future commercial / contractual relationship.
The lack of data provision that cannot be traced back to contractual or legal obligations will be judge case by case by the Controller, who will take the consequent decisions depending on importance of the data requested and not provided.
5. Subjects to whom personal data can be communicated
Despite any prejudice to communications and disclosures made in compliance with legal obligations, data can be communicated for i.e. Credit instititutions, Debt collection companies, Tax and legal professionals and consultants, Companies operating in the transport sector, financial administration, judicial authority, labor inspectorate and social security institutions.
It should be also pointed out that on the occasion of such processing the collaborators and employees of the data controller may become aware of such data
6. Duration of the processing
The contracts will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the completion of all legal obligations.
7. Transfer to non-EU Countries
Personal Data in elettronic format are stored in our server in Italy.
The personal data processed can be transferred to third Countries because transfer is necessary for the execution of a contract concluded with the controller or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted on the request of the Company (Art. 49.1 b).
8. Rights of the data subject
In relation to the data your Company, such as any natural person involved in the processing:
• Can exercise the rights provided by the artt. 15 - 21 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
• Can make a complaint with the Italian Privacy Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it);
• Without prejudice to legal obligations, it can request the controller to access personal data, to rectify or delete them.
